Summary/Objective
The Electronic Mail Specialist is responsible for adding documents and emails, from Attorneys, Clients, Vendors and the Courts, into CaseAware and then decimate mail to the correct paralegal and Supervisor for handling. In addition, the Electronic Mail Specialist submits Litigation Reviews to Managing Partner for cases that may turn into Contested Cases.

**This is an IN OFFICE position**

Essential Functions.

  1. Receipt of Electronic Mail
  2. Ensuring Mail is uploaded into Client systems and our Firm System
  3. Ensuring Mail is sent to appropriate departments for execution

  2. Ability to locate cases by case number or other identifying information
  3. Organizational Skills
  4. Knowledgeable of Departments and their functions

Work Environment
This job operates in an open floor setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

“Other essential functions possibly include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Drafting, preparing, assignments, motions, affidavits, and various other legal documents.
  • Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates and clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
  • Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
  • File client declarations with the court
